Rules of the “Win your personalized digraph” Competition
"Win your personalized digraphe" contest rules
- Organizer: EURL LIGADO, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
- Contest Duration: The contest begins on February 1, 2024, and is renewed every two calendar months. Each period begins on the first day of an even-numbered month and ends on the last day of the following month. The periods are therefore:
- February-March
- April-May
- June-July
- August-September
- October-November
- December-January
- Eligibility: This contest is open to any adult natural person residing in France, with the exception of the Organizer's employees and representatives and their close family members.
- Participation Procedures:
- Participants must subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter on the website www.digraphe.fr via the dedicated popup.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Persons who made a purchase in the 5 days preceding their newsletter subscription are not entered into the contest.
- Registering for the newsletter via one of the forms dedicated to this contest during a two-month contest period as defined in Article 2 of these rules constitutes automatic entry into the draw held in the first 5 days of the following month (e.g., between April 1 and April 5 for the "February-March" period).

- Prize:
- One (1) winner will receive a voucher to order a personalized digraphe on the Organizer's website.
- The value of the voucher will be equal to the price of an ash wood digraphe with a custom engraving and photo stake in effect on the date of the draw. The voucher's validity period will be one month from the day the winner is designated.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all persons newly subscribed to the newsletter during the elapsed two-month period (as defined in Article 2 of these rules) via one of the forms dedicated to this contest, excluding those who subscribed to the newsletter within 5 days of an order placed on the Organizer's website.
- The draw will take place in the first few days of the month following the relevant two-month period, at the Organizer's premises by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to use any electronic means for the random designation of a winner. Participation in the contest implies acceptance of this clause.
- Winner Notification:
- The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.
- General Terms and Conditions:
- By entering this contest, participants agree to the terms and conditions of these rules and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set out in section 3 above.
- The Organizer reserves the right to designate another winner if any of the eligibility criteria are not met.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure.
- Personal Data Protection:
- The information collected is for the exclusive use of the Organizer and will not be shared with third parties.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
- Applicable Law:
- This contest is subject to French law.
- Acceptance of Rules:
- Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
