Rules of the “Win your personalized digraph” Competition
- Organizer : EURL LIGADO, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
- Duration of the Competition : The competition begins on February 1, 2024 and is renewed for periods of two calendar months. Each period begins on the first day of an even month and ends on the last day of the following month. The periods are therefore:
- February-March
- April-May
- June-July
- August-September
- October-November
- December-January
- Eligibility : This competition is open to any adult natural person residing in France, with the exception of employees and representatives of the Organizer and their immediate family.
- Terms of Participation :
- Participants must subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter on the website www.digraphe.fr via the dedicated popup.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- People who have made a purchase within 5 days prior to subscribing to the newsletter are not entered into the competition.
- Subscription to the newsletter via one of the forms dedicated to this competition , during a period of two months of the competition within the meaning of article 2 of these rules, constitutes automatic participation in the draw carried out in the first 5 days of the following month (for example between April 1 and 5 for the period "February-March").

- Price :
- One (1) winner will receive a voucher to order a personalized digraph on the Organizer's website.
- The value of the voucher will be equal to the price of an ash digraph with personalized engraving and photo pick in effect on the date of the draw.
- Winner Selection :
- The winner will be drawn randomly from all persons newly registered for the newsletter during the past two-month period (within the meaning of Article 2 of these rules) via one of the forms dedicated to this competition, excluding persons who have registered for the newsletter within 5 days following an order placed on the Organizer's website.
- The draw will take place in the first days of the month following the two-month period concerned, at the Organizer's premises by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to use any computer means to randomly designate a winner. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of this clause.
- Winner Notification :
- The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.
- General Conditions :
- By participating in this competition, participants accept the terms and conditions of the rules and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in 3. above.
- The Organizer reserves the right to designate another winner if one of the eligibility criteria is not met.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure.
- Protection of Personal Data:
- The information collected is intended for the exclusive use of the Organizer and will not be transmitted to third parties.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.
- Applicable Law:
- This competition is subject to French law.
- Acceptance of the Regulations:
- Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
