Rules of the "Win your personalized digraph" competition
- Organizer : EURL LIGADO, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer".
- Contest Duration : The contest begins on February 1, 2024, and is renewed for two-month periods. Each period begins on the first day of an even-numbered month and ends on the last day of the following month. The periods are therefore:
- February-March
- April-May
- June-July
- August-September
- October-November
- December-January
- Eligibility : This competition is open to any individual of legal age residing in France, with the exception of employees and representatives of the Organizer and their immediate family.
- Participation Requirements :
- Participants must subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter on the website www.digraphe.fr via the dedicated popup.
- No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
- People who made a purchase within 5 days of subscribing to the newsletter are not entered into the contest
- Subscribing to the newsletter via one of the forms dedicated to this competition , during a two-month period of the competition as defined in article 2 of these rules, constitutes automatic participation in the draw held in the first 5 days of the following month. (for example, between April 1st and 5th for the "February-March" period).

- Price :
- One (1) winner will receive a voucher to order a personalized digraph on the Organizer's website.
The value of the voucher will be equal to the price of a digraph in ash wood with personalized engraving and a photo print, valid on the date of the draw. The voucher will be valid for one month from the date the winner is selected.
- Winner Selection :
- The winner will be drawn at random from all persons newly registered for the newsletter during the past two-month period (as defined in Article 2 of these rules) via one of the forms dedicated to this competition, excluding persons who registered for the newsletter within 5 days of placing an order on the Organizer's website.
The draw will take place in the first few days of the month following the two-month period in question, at the Organizer's premises. The Organizer reserves the right to use any computer-based method to randomly select a winner. Participation in the competition implies acceptance of this clause.
- Winner Notification :
- The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.
- General Terms and Conditions :
- By participating in this competition, participants accept the terms and conditions of the rules and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in 3. above.
- The Organizer reserves the right to designate another winner if one of the eligibility criteria is not met.
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure.
- Personal Data Protection:
- The information collected is intended for the exclusive use of the Organizer and will not be transmitted to third parties.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.
- Applicable Law:
- This competition is subject to French law.
- Acceptance of the Rules:
- Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
