💬 Does this work with names or words of different lengths?

Yes, absolutely! We can create digraphs with names or words of any length , even if they don't have the same number of letters. Each design is custom-made to guarantee a harmonious result. If the longer name is more than twice the length of the shorter name, we recommend the crystalline digraph, which gives excellent results.

✍️ What can be written on a digraph? Are accents possible?

You can enter almost any word or first name , within reason.

However, accents cannot be reproduced on our designs. If you wish to use accents or foreign alphabets, you can do so on our crystalline digraph with foreign alphabet.

🌍 Can you deliver abroad?

Yes, we also deliver internationally worldwide 🌎

However, any customs fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

👀 Can I see what it's going to look like?

Of course! We offer a personalized 3D simulation for €9.95 , allowing you to visualize the rendering of your Digraph before it is manufactured.

And the good news is: you'll then receive a €9 voucher to use on your next order , making the simulation less than €1! 😉

⏳ What is your production lead time?

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the time of year. The current delivery time is usually displayed in the banner at the top of the website. Each Digraph is handmade, so please be patient for a unique result ✨

👨👩👧 Is it possible to enter multiple first names?

Yes, it's perfectly possible! We can include several first names in the same digraph. To do this, you can enter two first names separated by a space in one of the name boxes. Make sure to balance the number of letters as best you can!
The maximum size of one of the two "sides" is 15 characters, including spaces.

🔥 Can patterns or a logo be laser-engraved onto wood?

Of course! Our original Digraphs with wooden base can be laser engraved with a design, logo or even a date — perfect for an even more personalized gift.

📍 I live near the workshop, is it possible to come and collect my Digraphe?

Yes, with pleasure! You can come and collect your Digraphe directly from the workshop, at 8 rue René Coty, in La Roche-sur-Yon .

We are generally open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm , Monday to Friday. Contact us via chat or email to let us know you're coming so we can make sure we're available for you ;-)

📏 What are the dimensions of a Digraph?

👉 Made of wood:

Depth: 6 cm (Ash) or 6.5 cm (Padouk)
Height: 5.3 cm (without spike) or 10.5 cm (with spike)
Letter size: 2.5 cm high
Length: depends on the first names (approximately 3 to 4 cm per letter of the longest word)

👉 In crystal:

Medium : 6 cm cube
Large : cube with 8 cm sides
XLarge : cube with 10 cm sides

The size of the letters varies according to the length of the first names: the longer the word, the thinner the letters will be.
