Everything you need to know before buying a Digraph

Does this work with names or words of different lengths?

Yes! It works with all first names. We simply recommend sticking to names that are roughly twice as long as each other, in terms of the number of characters, to maintain a more balanced look between the two names. What can be written on a digraph? Are accents possible?

For 3D printed letters, the following characters are permitted: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ and - (hyphen). For laser wood engraving, you can have an inscription of your choice in any language. We can even include emoticons.

Can patterns or a logo be laser-engraved onto wood?

Yes, we can engrave a logo. The option is available on the product page: https://www.digraphe.fr/products/digraphe-pour-professionels. Some logos are easier to engrave than others. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Can I include a message in the package to send my digraph directly as a gift?

It is entirely possible to personalize a card to include in your digraph package and send directly to the recipient. This option is available on the product page.

What are the dimensions of a digraph?

The dimensions of your digraph depend on the number of letters in the longest name, approximately 3 to 4 cm per letter. The height is about 5.5 cm (without a spike) or 11 cm (with a spike), and the depth is 6 cm (ash) or 6.5 cm (padauk).

Can you deliver abroad?

Yes! We deliver to all countries in the European Union. If your country doesn't appear at the delivery stage, please contact us at contact@digraphe.fr

What is your production lead time?

Our production time is indicated in the banner at the top of the website. It is usually 2 weeks, but it may be longer around holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.). In case of urgency, it is possible to get delivery within 7 days by selecting the priority processing option at the delivery stage. I live near the workshop, is it possible to come and collect my digraph?

We would be delighted to welcome you to personally hand over your digraph and meet you! You can indicate this directly at the order delivery stage.

What should I do if my digraph is damaged during transport?

Packages are sometimes jostled during transport. It is your responsibility to refuse any package that is damaged (dented, punctured, etc.). In any case, please contact us so we can find the best solution to the problem.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Given the personalized nature of digraphs, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. However, mistakes can happen! An unprocessed order can be modified or canceled, subject to our approval. No refunds will be issued, but you may be credited with a credit for the order amount. In any case, please contact us to find the best solution!
