Yes! It works with all first names. We simply recommend sticking to first names that range from single to double, in terms of number of characters, to keep a more "balanced" appearance between the two first names. For 3D printed letters, the allowed characters are: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ and - (dash of 6) For laser wood engraving, you can make an inscription of your choice in any language. We can even include emoticons.
Yes, we can engrave a logo. The option is offered on the product page https://www.digraphe.fr/products/digraphe-pour-professionels Some logos are easier to engrave than others. If in doubt, contact us.
It is entirely possible to personalize a card to insert in the package of your digraph to send it directly to the person to whom you are offering it. The option is offered to you on the product page.
The dimensions of your digraph depend on the number of letters for the length, approximately 3 to 4 cm per letter of the largest first name. For the height, approximately 5.5 cm (without peak) or 11 cm (with peak), and the depth 6 cm (ash) or 6.5 cm (padouk).
Yes! We deliver to all countries in the European Union. If the country does not appear at the delivery stage, contact us via contact@digraphe.fr
Our production time is listed in the banner at the top of the site. It is usually 2 weeks, but it can be longer when holidays approach (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) In case of emergency, it is possible to obtain delivery within 7 days by selecting the priority processing option at the delivery stage. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@digraphe.fr
We will be happy to receive you to give you your digraph in person and meet you! You can indicate this directly at the delivery stage of the order.
Packages are sometimes jostled during transport. It is your responsibility to refuse a package that is damaged (dented, punctured, etc.). In all cases, contact us so that we can find the best solution to the problem.
Given the personalized nature of digraphs, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. However, everyone can make mistakes! An unprocessed order may be modified or cancelled, after obtaining our agreement. No refund will be made but a credit for the amount of the order may be credited to you. In any case, contact us to find the best solution!
