Reshipping a package
Return your parcel to a Relay Point
The parcel that was delivered to your Relay Point has been returned to us.
We inspect the contents of the package, repackage everything, and send it back to you. You will be asked to contribute to the costs incurred.
We advise you to put your telephone number in the contact information to ensure you receive an SMS notification upon arrival at the Relay point.

It will arrive wrapped in compostable, water-soluble cornstarch packing particles. The entire packaging is recyclable... even the tape is made of kraft paper!
Due to its highly personalized nature, we are unable to accept product returns. However, you can of course contact us in the event of a shipping problem so that we can find the best solution together!
