We will email you a return label that allows you to send the digraph back to us via Mondial Relay. We will repair any damaged elements (letters or footers) and return the digraph to you using the method you selected after payment.

It will arrive wrapped in compostable, water-soluble cornstarch packing particles. The entire packaging is recyclable... even the tape is made of kraft paper!
Due to its highly personalized nature, we are unable to accept product returns. However, you can of course contact us in the event of a shipping problem so that we can find the best solution together!
